Before Ordering
Please carry out the following checks, read, understand and agree to our terms and conditions shown below
1. Check that your phone is actually locked to a network
To do this power on the phone with a non accepted SIM card – The phone should prompt you to enter an unlock code – If the phone does not ask for an unlock code it is probably already unlocked, so please do not order – contact us for further advice
2. We can only unlock “Clean/Non” Blacklisted devices
Should your device be blacklisted/reported lost/stolen/subject to an insurance claim or blocked by a mobile network the unlock code will not unlock your phone, and your phone will not work in the country it has been blacklisted in. In these cases we are unable to offer a refund (once a code has been delivered)
3. Some HTC models and networks are NOT supported using this service, this is becuase some networks change the default factory codes/software – See list below
Manufactured Before 2013 Phones Are Not Supported
Tmobile/MetroPCs Device Unlock App Not Supported ( Tmobile/MetroPCS If Asking For Unlocking Code So it Was Supported)
Imei Starting From 99xxxx Not Supported
Sprint Not Supported
Verizon Not Supported
Tracfone Not Supported
Straight Talk Not Supported
Any Phone Which Is Not Asking For Any Unlocking Code is Not Supported
If your device is locked to one of the above mentioned models/networks please do not order this service as you will receive a non working code and we are unable to offer a refund.
4. Once an order has been placed/IMEI has been submitted it can not be cancelled, amended or refunded
5. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they provide us with the correct IMEI No. of the device they want to unlock and that device is not blacklisted, reported lost/stolen, subject to any insurance claim or blocked by network
Should a blacklisted or incorrect IMEI No. be given, you will receive a non working code and we will not be able to issue a refund.
6. All non working codes must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will request that you send us clear (unedited) video evidence (showing the IMEI No. displayed on the screen of your phone and what happens when you enter the unlock code provided). This can either be uploaded to youtube, or send via whatsapp

How to order

if you wish to pay by credit or debit card (UK Customers only) just give us a call on 0800 999 7463 (during business hours) and we can process your payment securely over the phone.
2. Send us your phones 15 digit IMEI No. by Additional Information or add message to seller during checkout
You can find your IMEI No. by dialling *#06# on your device – Do not take IMEI from box of phone or any other location (as this can sometimes be incorrect)
3. As soon as we have your device details your order will be processed and delivered within the time stated above.
