At UnlockerPlus, we’re committed to providing top-tier remote unlocking services. While most of our orders are fulfilled successfully, we understand that rare situations may require a refund. This page outlines our Refund Policy to protect your interests and ensure transparency.
✅ Full Refund Conditions
We offer a 100% refund when:
The unlock code or solution cannot be generated for your IMEI/device.
The service is unavailable or unsupported by our suppliers.
We confirm that the failure to unlock was from our side.
Note: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
✅ Store Credit Refunds (Resubmission Option)
We understand that mistakes happen. If you submit an order using the wrong IMEI, model, service, or network, we won’t be able to refund to your original payment.
Instead, we will issue a non-expiring store credit, which you can use to:
Resubmit the correct service
Unlock another phone in the future
🎥 In Most Cases Video Proof Requirement (If Unlock Doesn’t Work After Completion)
In rare cases where the code is returned but doesn’t work or we have unlocked the device and it’s still showing locked error. So clear, unedited video is required. The video must show:

The on-screen result (e.g., error message or rejection).

All of these information needs to be recorded in a single video without pausing or trimming it
Different devices may have unique video guidelines. Always contact us first before recording.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued if any of the following applies:
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Wrong IMEI, device model, or carrier details were submitted.
Order placed using an invalid or outdated SIM card.
Order submitted with an email address that’s unreachable or misspelled.
2. Device Condition or Lock Types
The phone is already unlocked, hardlocked, or has 0 unlock attempts left.
The IMEI is blacklisted, stolen, lost, or flagged by carriers.
The phone is iCloud locked (Activation Lock must be OFF before placing the order).
You ordered FRP, MDM, or screen/user lock removal but also need network unlock—these services must be purchased separately.
3. Remote Unlock Service (USB)
You booked a USB Remote Unlock but refused to connect with our technician.
You fail to provide the required PC specs, details, or do not follow setup instructions.
Your PC is too slow (less than 8Mbps) or incompatible.
4. Change of Mind or Misunderstanding
You no longer wish to continue with the unlock process after the IMEI has been submitted.
You expected a different service than what was ordered.
Your phone is unlocked, but the new SIM/network is not supported (Buyer must ensure compatibility).
5. Activation Issues
You’re unable to complete the activation process, even though the unlock was successful.
Our team will guide you through the procedure, but we cannot issue a refund for activation difficulties.
6. External Conditions or Delays
Unlocking was done successfully, but the device fails to receive signal due to other issues (e.g., hardware damage or IMEI restrictions).
The service took longer than the average turnaround (delays may occur due to supplier workload).
An iPhone was relocked by the carrier after successful unlocking (rare but possible for some operators).
